On January 29, AluK India participated in the “Run for Care 4.0” to raise funds for Karunashraya, a Bangalore-based cancer hospice trust. The race was organised by the Sharanya Narayani International School (SNIS).
AluK India was a gold sponsor of this worthy cause. 32 AluK team members and their families participated in the 3km run and received a well-deserved finisher’s medal at the end. A breakfast was served to all participants after the race.
In total, AluK India has donated €845 to Karunashraya. All funds raised during the event will help to provide free professional palliative care to advanced-stage cancer patients who are beyond cure.
